If you can't see your Premium Pass, the issue may be resolved if you try the following:
- Close the application from the task menu and restart the device
- Update to the latest version
- Shut down applications other than Fire Emblem™ Shadows
* Be careful not to accidentally delete (uninstall) the Fire Emblem Shadows app from your device.
If the problem is not resolved, please try the following.
Clear the asset data
- Tap menu (≡) on the home screen
- Tap Support, FAQ, etc.
- Tap Clear Asset Data
- Tap OK
