If you haven't linked your Nintendo Account to your save data, uninstalling the app will result in the loss of your save data, even after you reinstall the app.
If you have linked your save data to a Nintendo Account, you can restore your save data by logging in with the linked Nintendo Account via "Create/Link a Nintendo Account" on the first launch after reinstalling.
