If you haven't received a response, please check the following.

- Check whether filters or restrictions are applied to the emails you can receive
- Check if the email address you provided in the form is currently valid
If the situation is not resolved after checking the above, it's possible the email service you use recognized the email from Nintendo as spam.
Please try allowing the domain of "@support.nintendo.com" and "@nintendo.co.jp" on your email service to receive a response.
Depending on the form, we may not provide individual responses.
