Once a Nintendo Account has been linked to your save data, the link cannot be switched to a different Nintendo Account.
Performing "Delete All Data" will unlink your save data from your Nintendo Account, but it will also permanently delete the save data itself.
Please note that, once deleted, the same save data cannot be restored.
