If you can't see Gems that you purchased, the issue may be resolved if you try the following:
1. Restart your device
- Please close the application from the task menu and restart your device
- It may take time for a purchase to be reflected
* Be careful not to accidentally delete the application from your device.
2. Complete the purchase process
- Tap Shop on the home screen
- Scroll down
- Tap Complete Purchase
- Tap Complete Purchase again
* If the storage space on the device you are using is full, try tapping Complete Purchase after freeing up space.
3. Clear the asset data
- Tap menu (≡) on the home screen
- Tap Support, FAQ, etc.
- Tap Clear Asset Data
- Tap OK
