If you can't buy Gems, the issue may be resolved if you try the following:
- Close the application from the task menu and restart the device
- Update to the latest version
- Shut down applications other than Fire Emblem™ Shadows
* Be careful not to accidentally delete (uninstall) the Fire Emblem Shadows app from your device.
If the problem is not resolved after you try the above, please check the following as well:
1. Complete the purchase process
- Tap Shop
- Scroll down
- Tap Complete Purchase
- Tap Complete Purchase again
* If the storage space on the device you are using is full, try tapping Complete Purchase after freeing up space.
2. Clear the asset data
- Tap the menu (≡)
- Tap Support, FAQ, etc.
- Tap Clear Asset Data
- Tap OK
3. If the support code "810-4205" is displayed at the time of purchase and the purchase is not possible refer to the following
