The main causes of communication errors may include:
- An unstable internet connection
- Device settings or environment
- Issues on the server side
Even if there are no obvious issues with your internet connection, we recommend resetting your network connection. For example, you can temporarily switch your device to Aeroplane Mode and then turn it off again to reconnect.
If you are experiencing connection issues with other apps as well, try restarting your Wi-Fi router.
If there is a problem with the server, we may post announcements through official channels or in the in-app News section.
