1. Restart the app and your device
* Please be careful not to delete (uninstall) the Fire Emblem™ Shadows application.
2. Close all other apps or unnecessary browser tabs running in the background
3. If you can access the app's home screen, try clearing asset data
- Tap the menu (≡) on the home screen
- Tap Support, FAQ, etc.
- Tap Clear Asset Data
- Tap OK
4. Update the app to the latest version
5. Check your network connection
Unstable Wi-Fi or mobile data may cause lag or loading delays.
Try playing in a stable network environment or restart your router.
6. Check your device’s OS version
Older operating systems may cause compatibility issues.
Go to your device’s settings and check if an OS update is available.
